Katarzyna Rutkowska

With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of her specialty field, Katarzyna has extensive knowledge that allows her to bring a high degree of insight to each case. Katarzyna brings a human touch and approaches each of her matters with a fine appreciation of the difficulties faced by family members in challenging times. Prior to founding Ark Law Lawyers, Katarzyna worked as a specialist advocate in the Family Law division of Legal Aid. Jurisdictions include: Family Court – Children’s Court – Supreme Court of NSW – District Court of NSW Many of Katarzyna’s cases have been published, some of which have become landmark cases.

Sarah Taheri

Senior Solicitor | Family Law & Children’s Law

Sarah has been with Ark Law for many years and has experience in all aspects of Family Law and Children’s Law.

She regularly appears in the Children’s Court of New South Wales at Establishment & Restoration Hearings. Sarah also represents clients in parenting & property matters in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia.
